In order to process and receive a refund or exchange you must:

1) Contact us before you return any merchandise. We will not do full refund if we were not notified first.After we received your email, we will forward a return address,We will not accept orders that are returned to sender (shipping company).

2) Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached. ).

3) Provide us with a tracking number so we can track online the returned merchandise. Please purchase insurance for the return package in case of lose or damage.

4) Please take under consideration that the returned package will be returned to China Please contact us within 2 days after the package arrived to receive better service. Some manufacturers will NOT work with us if it took too long for you to report the problem.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds will be issued within 2 days of receipt.

What happens if a product was broken after use? Unfortunately in this situation we will not be able to do free exchange. Buyer should thoroughly check your order when you first receive the package. Our responsibility ends when you removed all the plastic wrappings and started using it. We'll gladly ship any missing/broken parts, such as screws. Other than that, there isn't very much more we can do.

Ameey resellers, if an item was broken after your buyer used it, it's your sole responsibility. We'll ship the missing parts, but will not take the bag back at our expenses. Cheap asking price comes with less responsibilities. There is only so much we can afford to do. We've shipped thousands of packages, and problems have happened only to a few. But when it happened, please understand we can't do very much about it.
